Roofing materials such as nails, staples, and caulk are not covered under this warranty, see manufacturer's material warranty. 

Reynolds Roofing LLC guarantees labor for 10 YEARS. From the date of installation, the property owner listed is guaranteed that any workmanship performed by Reynolds Roofing LLC will not leak for 10 years from the date the product is installed. If during the warranty period, the product our company installed ever leaks, then Reynolds Roofing LLC guarantees to repair the defect of work at NO COST to our customer. 

Reynolds Roofing LLC can not make any guarantees regarding color. Roofing materials such as nails, staples, and caulk are not covered under this warranty. Please see manufacturer's material warranty. This warranty does not cover any damages or material failure, including but not limited to: oxidation, fading, weathering, accumulation of dirt or debris, moss, curling, not adhering, staining, acts of God, fire, flooding, wind damage, ice damage, chemical damage. Also excluded are: structural defects, vented ridge, plastic materials, flat portions, porches, awnings, carports, brick chimneys, counterflashing, satellite dishes, skylights, solar panels, solar tubes, snorkel vents, post-work penetrations, other contractor’s work, abuse, negligence, poor maintenance, or any moisture in the attic caused from something other than the roof (i.e. broken pipes, etc). These are examples of conditions in which Reynolds Roofing LLC has no control over, and are not covered. 

The warranty statements contained in this certificate set forth the only express warranties extended by Reynolds Roofing LLC. Reynolds Roofing LLC shall not be liable to the property owner for incidental or consequential damages of any kind for breach of any express or implied warranty on the roofing installation. . This warranty is non-transferable and shall remain valid only for the homeowner named on this document. It does not extend to subsequent owners, purchasers, or occupants of the property. This warranty and provisions hereof, shall constitute the property owner’s exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty.

Warranty applies to complete roof installations. Exclusions include: 3-tab applications, partial roofs, roof patching, roof tie-ins, leak repairs, absence of metal flashing, plastic vents or pipe jacks.

All warranties are void unless signed by a Reynolds Roofing LLC member.
